The Microlife WatchBP Office Vascular is a professional-grade, non-invasive digital blood pressure monitor built for comprehensive cardiovascular screening across a wide range of patient populations. Clinically validated for use in children aged 3 and older, pregnant patients (including known or suspected pre-eclampsia), diabetes, end-stage renal disease, and obesity, this device delivers accurate, reliable results where standard monitors may fall short.
Going well beyond routine BP measurement, the WatchBP Office Vascular screens for Atrial Fibrillation (AF) during every measurement and performs simultaneous dual-cuff readings on both arms to assess Inter-Arm Difference (IAD). For Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) screening, the device provides a fast, accurate Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) assessment using a uniquely designed conical ankle cuff, clinically validated against manual Doppler, and available in medium and large sizes to accommodate special patient groups.
An optional purchase upgrade adds cuff-based brachial-ankle Pulse Wave Velocity (PWV) measurement, offering a user-friendly and reproducible method for evaluating arterial stiffness in clinical practice. PWV results are displayed directly on the report and printout.
The WatchBP Office Vascular also supports Automated Office Blood Pressure Measurement (AOBPM) using the validated SPRINT algorithm — allowing an optional 5-minute countdown before three measurements are automatically taken at one-minute intervals for unattended, standardized readings.
Free WatchBP PC software enables seamless data transfer and analysis via included USB cable, with easy-to-read reports supporting clinical documentation and patient follow-up. Bluetooth connectivity provides additional flexibility for data management.
